I am Marz’s client since 2016. To be honest, I guess if I am him, I won’t bother to take over “my profile” as back then myself and my girl policy was considered as a transfer case to him which doesn’t benefit him in term of monetary. Only my son’s insurance are new sign up for him.
In 2017, I am unfortunately admitted to hospital. I still remember clearly I was unwell and got referred to govt hospital on suspected appendicitis and arrived the hospital with acute pain.
Around 8pm, Marz visited me to ensure administratively are in good hands, he was amazed and despite my acute pain, I was not assigned a ward yet, no concluded on my condition and to the extent that I was put in a “warehouse” as extended observation ward.
Seeing me in pain, Marz made no reservation and seek my permission to transfer me to the nearest private hospital.
In almost an hour, I am finally discharged from the govt hospital and arrived Mt E Novena in no time. Within 30mins, I am warded and within 2hrs I was diagnosed with kidney infection (not appendicitis) through CT Scan. Medical treatment was rendered immediately compared to 5+hrs with no conclusion in the former.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude for your support and advice. The above mentioned are just one of the few incidents.
